Woman, you left me gathering hope
Tracing the dial wherever I go
Now that the first time gotten to old
You seem remote and cold
Losing hold of you
Wanted to show you all that I am
If I could tell wherever you'd stand
Now that you know a bit where I'm going
I see you're turning your head
What are you trying to do?
Woman, you left me waiting around
Waiting to hear, but never a sound
Now I got time for pondering feelings
I know I need you around
Let me see you through
Fear, an ancient wisdom
Guiding lonely hearts
Rounding every corner
Swearing on the next one
Every now and then
A little lovely lady
Paints the moon in blue
Wanted to show you all that I was
If I could tell wherever I'd stand
Not that I know a bit where I'm going
Can't blame you're turning your head
What are you trying to do?
Woman, you left me standing alone
Yearning to hold you once you were gone
Now you got time for thinking too much
That you don't need me around
Losing hold again

Octave fuzz and plenty of swagger. Solid, surprising, catchy and replayable.
Addendum: Ive replayed this many times now and each song becomes my favourite when it comes on now...Then the album is over far too quickly and I'm singing along with more and more of it and that's the best sign isn't it? A truly consistent, infectious listen.
